Survey
Our specialist team inspects your space for 40–70 minutes on site, assessing moisture, shafts, lifts and structural conditions.
Contract
The scope is fixed in the contract. Any additional work is handled through a written variation order.
Site
From strip-out to completion, work is carried out by one coordinated team on a single programme.
Handover
A final inspection is carried out against a checklist and the project is completed with a handover record.

Can you renovate the apartment while we live there?
Yes. Kitchen–bathroom sequence, dust control and neighbour quiet hours are written on survey. In 1970–95 blocks on the Asian Side, walk-up access and narrow stairs are the first logistics line.
What happens to furniture during the apartment renovation?
If we work room by room, furniture is covered and shifted. For a full strip-out, a short storage period or an empty flat gives a cleaner result. That option sits as a separate line on the quote — it is not imposed.
How long does a full apartment renovation take?
For 90–140 m² flats, wet rooms, floors, paint and kitchen together are usually 30–60 days. Age of services and screed thickness move the date; that is settled on survey.
Is the survey free?
Yes. Surveys in Kadıköy, Ataşehir, Üsküdar, Maltepe and neighbouring districts are free. After measuring we issue a fixed-price quote.
