Our Project Process
Survey
Our specialist team inspects your space for 40–70 minutes on site, assessing moisture, shafts, lifts and structural conditions.
Contract
The scope is fixed in the contract. Any additional work is handled through a written variation order.
Site
From strip-out to completion, work is carried out by one coordinated team on a single programme.
Handover
A final inspection is carried out against a checklist and the project is completed with a handover record.

Can a shop be renovated at night?
For malls, high-street shops and cafés we plan night and weekend shifts. Opening date and lost rent are the first line of the programme — the same discipline used on Göztepe, Suadiye and Erenköy café jobs.
Can you fit out without closing the business?
Partly yes. Phased zones, a temporary sales area and night shifts are written on survey. Clinics and offices lock the programme to patient or staff hours; closing the whole floor is not always required.
How long does an office or shop fit-out take?
A single-floor office or high-street café is typically 10–25 days; a mall unit locked to an opening date 15–35 days. Existing services and mall rules are settled on survey.
Is the commercial survey free?
Yes. Trade surveys are free too. Shutters, goods lift and working hours are noted on the same visit; the quote is written against the opening date.
