Villa renovation apartment ölçeğinden farklıdır. Çatı, cephe, kot farkı, dış mekân ve mekanik altyapı aynı anda planlanır. Beykoz, Çekmeköy, Şile ve Kadıköy Bağdat Caddesi gerisindeki müstakil yapılarda bu deneyimi kullanıyoruz.
Acarkent, Polonezköy, Riva ve Ömerli’de tamamlanan villa interiors ve peyzaj işleri, malzeme seçimini uygulama gerçekliğine bağlar. Villa renovation çoğu zaman interior architecture, bathroom-kitchen ve cephe paketidir; yalnızca boya istenirse ayrı contract yazılır.
Yalı design ve yalı renovation
Üsküdar yalı hattında nem, iskele ve tarihi dokuya komşu cephe, villa keşfine ek maddeler ekler. Yalı design içeriden çözülür; cephe müdahalesi izin ve malzeme ömrü ile sınırlanır. Üsküdar’da yalı renovation için ayrı bir sayfamız bulunur; survey aynı ekiple yapılır.

Survey
Our specialist team inspects your space for 40–70 minutes on site, assessing moisture, shafts, lifts and structural conditions.
Contract
The scope is fixed in the contract. Any additional work is handled through a written variation order.
Site
From strip-out to completion, work is carried out by one coordinated team on a single programme.
Handover
A final inspection is carried out against a checklist and the project is completed with a handover record.

Can a villa be renovated while occupied?
Partly yes. Wet rooms, façade and roof are sequenced on survey; emptying the whole house is not always required. A floor-by-floor programme is typical for villas in Acarkent and Çekmeköy.
Which season is best for villa renovation?
Interiors run through winter. Façade, roof, terrace and landscape need a dry window and are usually scheduled spring to autumn. Survey produces two calendars: inside work and outside work.
Are roof and façade included in villa work?
On a turnkey villa, roof, façade, bathrooms and interiors are covered in the same contract. Interiors-only is a separate agreement. Levels, scaffolding and estate access are planned at survey.
Is the villa survey free?
Surveys of detached houses in Beykoz, Çekmeköy, Şile and Kadıköy are free. On a large plot, measurements and ground notes are taken the same day; the written quote follows.
