Turnkey renovation hizmetimizde survey, proje, yıkım, MEP, finishes ve mobilya montajı tek bir ekip tarafından yönetilir. AND Yapı Mimarlık Göztepe officeinden planlanan işlerde süre ve ödeme planı contractye bağlanır.
İstanbul Asian Side genelinde eski apartman apartmentlerinden villa katlarına kadar her projede on-site measurement alınır; bathroom ve kitchen gibi wet roomler, elektrik-su güzergâhları ve teslim koşulları baştan netleştirilir.

Our Project Process
Survey
Our specialist team inspects your space for 40–70 minutes on site, assessing moisture, shafts, lifts and structural conditions.
Contract
The scope is fixed in the contract. Any additional work is handled through a written variation order.
Site
From strip-out to completion, work is carried out by one coordinated team on a single programme.
Handover
A final inspection is carried out against a checklist and the project is completed with a handover record.

How long does a turnkey renovation take?
A single room or bathroom is typically 10–18 days; a full apartment 30–60 days. The programme is written after the measured survey — wet rooms, lead times and site access — and only then locked into the contract.
Does the price increase later?
The scope is locked in the contract. Hidden work found inside walls only changes the sum with a written variation. Wet rooms and services opened on survey are photographed so extras are not argued later.
Can you renovate while we still live in the home?
Yes. Kitchen and bathroom sequence, dust screens and room handover are written on the survey record. For a full flat, a short vacant period is often cleaner and faster; that option is a separate line on the quote.
Is the survey free?
Yes. From our Göztepe office we survey addresses on the Asian Side at no charge and with no obligation. After measurements and photos we issue a fixed-price written quote.
