Our Project Process
Survey
Our specialist team inspects your space for 40–70 minutes on site, assessing moisture, shafts, lifts and structural conditions.
Contract
The scope is fixed in the contract. Any additional work is handled through a written variation order.
Site
From strip-out to completion, work is carried out by one coordinated team on a single programme.
Handover
A final inspection is carried out against a checklist and the project is completed with a handover record.

Can you paint while the furniture is in place?
Yes. We work with covers, masking and a room sequence. Paint is not applied over damp or unrepaired cracks; moisture and existing coats are checked on survey.
How long does painting take?
A two- to three-room flat, including plaster repair, is typically 4–8 days. Ceiling, walls and glossy surfaces need separate coats. Ventilation and drying can add a day in winter.
Is silicone interior paint required?
On walls next to wet rooms and on north façades we recommend silicone interior paint. A cheap coat marks within three months. Survey decides which system goes in which room.
Is the paint survey free?
Yes. Paint surveys are free. Area, repair items and colour samples are discussed on the same visit.
