Our Project Process
Survey
Our specialist team inspects your space for 40–70 minutes on site, assessing moisture, shafts, lifts and structural conditions.
Contract
The scope is fixed in the contract. Any additional work is handled through a written variation order.
Site
From strip-out to completion, work is carried out by one coordinated team on a single programme.
Handover
A final inspection is carried out against a checklist and the project is completed with a handover record.

Can roof work run in the rain?
The day the membrane is opened must be dry. The programme follows the forecast. Apartment roofs in Göztepe and Merdivenköy need different details from villa roofs; timber defects and insulation layers are opened on survey.
How long does a roof recovering take?
An apartment roof is typically 7–20 days; a villa 10–25. Tiles, membrane, thermal insulation and gutters run in that order. Winter work can shift indoors; the roof is not left open.
Is thermal insulation included in the roof package?
Survey checks the existing build-up; if missing it is included or a separate line. Gutters and parapet bases are common leak points; that detail is priced in.
Is the roof survey free?
Yes. Roof surveys are free. If access is safe, photos and build-up notes are taken the same day.
