Our Project Process
Survey
Our specialist team inspects your space for 40–70 minutes on site, assessing moisture, shafts, lifts and structural conditions.
Contract
The scope is fixed in the contract. Any additional work is handled through a written variation order.
Site
From strip-out to completion, work is carried out by one coordinated team on a single programme.
Handover
A final inspection is carried out against a checklist and the project is completed with a handover record.

How long does a terrace take?
Waterproofing and finish are typically 7–14 days. Existing damage, falls and season change the programme. The day the membrane is opened must be dry.
Can garden and landscape work run in winter?
Soil and planting stop in winter; retaining, irrigation and hard landscape wait for spring. Interiors can run on the winter programme. In Beykoz and Şile villas that split is written on survey.
Is waterproofing mandatory on terrace renovations?
Yes. Renewing the finish without a membrane means leaks the next winter. Falls, outlet levels and wall-base details are survey items; tile is chosen after that.
Is the survey free?
Yes. Terrace surveys in Kadıköy and villa landscape visits in Beykoz and Şile are free. Plot photos and level notes are taken on the same visit.
