Our Project Process
Survey
Our specialist team inspects your space for 40–70 minutes on site, assessing moisture, shafts, lifts and structural conditions.
Contract
The scope is fixed in the contract. Any additional work is handled through a written variation order.
Site
From strip-out to completion, work is carried out by one coordinated team on a single programme.
Handover
A final inspection is carried out against a checklist and the project is completed with a handover record.

Can you coat over existing epoxy?
Sometimes, if the surface is sound and degreased. Most car parks need grinding and crack repair. Moisture and pull-off are discussed on survey.
Does a car-park refit shut the building?
We work in zones; night shifts can be planned. Closing the whole deck is not always required. Estate or mall approval is a survey item.
How long does an epoxy floor take?
One car-park deck, repair plus coating, is typically 7–18 days. Cure time is not shortened. Open ramps stop on wet days.
Is the epoxy survey free?
Yes. Car-park and epoxy surveys are free. A crack map is taken on the same visit.
