Process
Our Project Process
Survey
Our specialist team inspects your space for 40–70 minutes on site, assessing moisture, shafts, lifts and structural conditions.
Contract
The scope is fixed in the contract. Any additional work is handled through a written variation order.
Site
From strip-out to completion, work is carried out by one coordinated team on a single programme.
Handover
A final inspection is carried out against a checklist and the project is completed with a handover record.

Can you replace only the door leaf?
Yes if the frame is sound. In most older flats the frame is renewed too because floor and threshold levels have moved. On a full renovation, door orders are locked before floor works.
How long for doors to arrive and be fitted?
Measure and fabrication 10–18 days; fitting is half a day to a day per flat. Steel entrance, room doors and sliding systems are split on the same survey.
Will a sliding door fit a narrow hall?
Yes if pocket depth and park position are measured on survey. A standard swing leaf clashes in a tight lobby. Concealed frame or face-fixed gear is chosen from the measured drawing.
Is the door survey free?
Yes. Door surveys are free. Frame, threshold and handing are noted on the same visit.
