Our Project Process
Survey
Our specialist team inspects your space for 40–70 minutes on site, assessing moisture, shafts, lifts and structural conditions.
Contract
The scope is fixed in the contract. Any additional work is handled through a written variation order.
Site
From strip-out to completion, work is carried out by one coordinated team on a single programme.
Handover
A final inspection is carried out against a checklist and the project is completed with a handover record.

Can you insulate a single apartment?
Not recommended — thermal bridging. The right scale is the building or block. On Caddebostan, Göztepe and Ümraniye jobs, scaffold, colour and code are solved together.
How long does external insulation take?
Typically 15–45 days depending on the block. Scaffold, boards, mesh, render and paint are separate stages. Estate approval and colour sign-off are requested before survey starts on site.
Is terrace waterproofing in the same package as façade insulation?
It is a separate item, but it can be run on the same site. Terrace membrane and façade board are different details. Survey gathers roof, terrace and façade on one drawing.
Is the façade survey free?
Yes. Façade surveys are free. A brief for the residents’ committee is written after measuring.
