Our Project Process
Survey
Our specialist team inspects your space for 40–70 minutes on site, assessing moisture, shafts, lifts and structural conditions.
Contract
The scope is fixed in the contract. Any additional work is handled through a written variation order.
Site
From strip-out to completion, work is carried out by one coordinated team on a single programme.
Handover
A final inspection is carried out against a checklist and the project is completed with a handover record.

Can a school be renovated during term time?
Noisy strip-out and façade work wait for the summer break. Paint and joinery can run on night shifts in term. The programme is written with the administration — the same discipline used on Göztepe MEB and Erenköy jobs.
How long does a school refit take?
A single floor or kindergarten is typically 3–6 weeks; a block façade 4–10. The academic calendar locks the date; that is settled on survey.
