Our Project Process
Survey
Our specialist team inspects your space for 40–70 minutes on site, assessing moisture, shafts, lifts and structural conditions.
Contract
The scope is fixed in the contract. Any additional work is handled through a written variation order.
Site
From strip-out to completion, work is carried out by one coordinated team on a single programme.
Handover
A final inspection is carried out against a checklist and the project is completed with a handover record.

Can a hotel be renovated while open?
Yes. A floor or wing is closed and noisy work moves to night. An empty building is faster; that option is a separate line on the quote.
How long does a hotel refit take?
One floor of rooms and wet rooms is typically 3–6 weeks; lobby and shared areas 2–5. Repeating room types shorten fabrication; that is settled on survey.
Do you have hotel references?
Our book is villas, cafés and commercial interiors. Hotel work is surveyed with the same commercial discipline; we do not invent a hotel list.
Is the hotel survey free?
Yes. Surveys of lodging buildings are free. Season window and floor handover are discussed on the same visit.
