Process
Our Project Process
Survey
Our specialist team inspects your space for 40–70 minutes on site, assessing moisture, shafts, lifts and structural conditions.
Contract
The scope is fixed in the contract. Any additional work is handled through a written variation order.
Site
From strip-out to completion, work is carried out by one coordinated team on a single programme.
Handover
A final inspection is carried out against a checklist and the project is completed with a handover record.

Frequently asked
How long does a window replacement take?
Measure and fabrication 10–18 days; fitting is about a day per flat. On the Bağdat Caddesi belt, wind and noise change the glass spec; PVC versus aluminium is decided on survey.
Can we stay at home while windows are replaced?
Yes. Leaves come out and new frames go in the same day; the room is open for a few hours. Sills and silicone are on the same programme. In winter we work with interior covers.
Are insulating glass and sills included?
Glass spec and sills are either included or a separate line on the frame quote — settled on survey. Laminated glass for noise and silicone maintenance on sea-facing façades are discussed separately.
Is the window survey free?
Yes. Window surveys are free. Openings, corners and existing frames are photographed; the quote is written from that measure.
