Our Project Process
Survey
Our specialist team inspects your space for 40–70 minutes on site, assessing moisture, shafts, lifts and structural conditions.
Contract
The scope is fixed in the contract. Any additional work is handled through a written variation order.
Site
From strip-out to completion, work is carried out by one coordinated team on a single programme.
Handover
A final inspection is carried out against a checklist and the project is completed with a handover record.

Does a clinic have to close for the fit-out?
Usually not. Unit-by-unit progress and night shifts are written on survey. Sterile rooms are sequenced separately; closing the whole floor is not always required.
Are a dental clinic and a pharmacy the same package?
No. A dental clinic needs unit services, extraction and sterilisation. A pharmacy is a shopfront–store–counter triangle. A polyclinic or consulting room sits between the two. Survey writes which it is.
Do you renovate hospitals?
We quote at floor or polyclinic scale. Our book grew from café, shop and office work; we do not invent hospital references. Hygienic floors and night shifts run on the same commercial discipline.
Is the clinic survey free?
Yes. Surveys of clinics, pharmacies and consulting rooms are free. Licensing and working hours are noted on the same visit.
