Process
Our Project Process
Survey
Our specialist team inspects your space for 40–70 minutes on site, assessing moisture, shafts, lifts and structural conditions.
Contract
The scope is fixed in the contract. Any additional work is handled through a written variation order.
Site
From strip-out to completion, work is carried out by one coordinated team on a single programme.
Handover
A final inspection is carried out against a checklist and the project is completed with a handover record.

Does a leak repair count as a renovation?
A pinpoint repair is separate. If tile must come off, renewing the run in PPRC or PEX is usually cheaper. Leaving old galvanised pipe under new tile means a second strip-out.
How long does a plumbing renewal take?
One wet-room run is 3–7 days; a whole flat including stack connections 7–14 days. Pressure test is a handover item — tile is not closed without it.
Is a concealed cistern included in the plumbing package?
Usually yes on a bathroom renewal; on a pipe-only job it may be a separate line. Shaft width and cistern type are measured on survey.
Is the plumbing survey free?
Yes. Leak listening and pipe traces are checked on survey, with no obligation. The written quote follows the measure.
